Testing Kamdo Girls is a severe experience for a griller. It is necessary to play with fire (literally) and high temperatures, though in a control, responsible manner. The most important factor of Kamdo’s performance heat, especially the temperature control and how well a grill remains at a temperature. To reduce the meat and to smoke, this is the magic number 225 %. Good smokers, kamado or otherwise, will remain on this tempo for 12, 15 or 20 hours. This means that the temperature gauge is key and as well as the ability to control the flow of air through the air route or the dampresses.
We monitor the internal temperature of the comedo girls.
To capture the temperature data, we put the thermocopal on each comedo grill. Basically a sensitive temperature sensor, which was made of investigation and connected wire, suspends the thermocopal hanging only 1 inches from the grill gratitude. This data is lukewarm and eventually connected to a computer that records changes in heat levels over time.

Then it’s time to fire every girl.
We try to run temperature tests on all girls at the same time. We also use the same weight and brand Lump (4.4 pounds or 2 kilograms), often from the same bag. It is also true of those who start the fire, (a grill per grill).

A steady heat level is the key to good performance for smoking.
After that, we illuminate them, as their customs have been instructed if available. Generally, this means to allow the coals for 15 minutes, the lid is open, then close the grill. At this point, the vents remain wide open until the Girl Target is within 50 degrees. We carefully slip with ventures to get there. Finally, we left the control and witnessed.
We follow the same procedure for our high temperature tests that have a target of 350 %. The idea here is that the heat performance needed to roast chicken and other poultry is to imitate.
We smoke ribs along with other food stories.
And talking about eating, we also offer many “stories tests”. We smoke a rack of a baby’s waist (225 ℉) in each grill. We can fry the butterfly (alias Spicack), or cook them beer cans style. It was derived from local Costco, weighing about 5 pounds. Finally, we grill a set of four 8 ounces of burgers on high heat (600 %).
Chicken, no one?
