Meta released a new artificial intelligence (AI) video editing feature on Wednesday. This feature allows users to edit their short form videos using preset templates that can change the background, add new effects to the subject, and even change people’s clothing. Available for a limited time, AI -powered editing tools can be accessed through a meta AI app, Meta.E website, and recently released amendment app. These AI templates are currently being manufactured in selected countries, and later this year, the social media giant plans to add more features to it.
In a newsroom post, Tech Dev announces the rollout of a new video editing feature. Interestingly, this feature is based on the same movie general AI model, which was touched by Instagram chief Adam Mouseri last year. In the video, they can change different elements, including the background, the foreground, as well as the subject specification.
The AI -powered video editing tool that is currently being developed does not accept the text indicators, but Meta says that later this year, users will be able to edit videos along with your own text as your video is indicated as you imagine them. “
Right now, this feature allows users to choose and choose from more than 50 preset AI gestures that can look like a video was shot in the desert, add tuxedo to a person, or show the video like animation. In particular, users can only edit the first 10 seconds of their videos with this feature for a limited time.
While Meta said that this feature is included in the Meta AIAP, Meta.E website, and the Edit app in the United States and “more than a dozen countries around the world”. There is no explanation whether India is included in the selected countries that achieve this feature.
People who have access to this feature will be able to share the edited videos directly on Facebook and Instagram by the Meta AI and the Edit app. As an alternative, they can also distribute them to the Meta AI app and the website.
