It is expected that the Galaxy Z Fold will arrive at some time on July 7, but before, at least two advanced foldable markets, Vivo X Folds 5 and Honor Magic V5 will be launched.
The two foldables are expected to be unveiled in June, so Vivo and Honor should start making a hype for their upcoming products. In fact, the former has already begun posting pictures of its upcoming X -Fold 5 flagship foldable and showed some interesting details about it.
Vivo’s product manager, Han Boxiao, has gone to Webo to publish a photo of X -Fold 5, which shows the phone’s internal display. Vivo’s executive photo contains some interesting details, such as the fact that the phone contains LTPO 8 T panels, which potentially provide users with adaptive refresh rate in various landscapes (ie browsing, gaming).
Another impressive achievement is that both display support the high -frequency PWM dumbing to help reduce eye stress along with the brightness of 4,500 nuts. In comparison, the Galaxy Z Folder supports 6 2600 nets peak brightness.

It is also noteworthy that Vivo X -Fold 5 is using the Zeus Master Color to improve the color of the Ranule. In addition to details about foldable panels, Boxyo did not present other information, but this photo reveals an interesting detail: an extra physical button on the left. Vivo has decided to replace the alert slider button on its previous foldable butt with a new one. Unfortunately, his function remains a matter, though it is probably safe to understand that it is either a dedicated AI button or one that can be customized.
To eliminate all this, Vivo confirmed last week that the X -fold 5 will be the first foldable, which includes the IPX8/IPX9 rating, which means it can withstand up to 3 meters immersion.
The ridiculous, Vivo also claims that its flagship foldable can be opened and closed at 1 meter within 1 meter within 1 meter. It is such a wonderful scenario that it is unlikely that many people will really find it useful.
