5 tricks I use to organize my idea

The idea is that a tool you can go down the rabbit hole and discover things that makers may not even know. Meanwhile, at the second extreme, you can use it as a bare bonus task manager with simple checkboxes, dates and times. And this is the beauty of it – you can make it as complex or as easy as you want.

I have got my niche with the idea. I use it to track my book, for all kinds of personal long -shaped writing, and to keep an eye on my random ideas. Over time, I have created a system that helps me stay organized and in fact helps to stay fruitful – instead of wasting time with the app.

These are some of the systems I have created, who have done good work for me and maybe for you.

Are you a team concept or team?

    The archive system

One of the best things I have imagined is also the easiest. No automation or complex database synchronize – just a straightforward archive system that works.

My workplace is divided into numerous categories, which appear in the left pan: writing, reading list, random ideas, and so on. Each of these categories contains its own archive page. Once I work with a project or it is no longer needed, I just drag it into the protected documents. And since the dumping of months, the pages of the saved documentation are disorderly, I order them more months and a year to easily recover them.

And the process of the protected documents also gives me a small sense of closure, which I like.

This setup works two for me. One, it meets the need to make my need – even if I can never look at it in my entire life. Two, it announces my main workplace, while still keeping everything accessible. And the process of the protected documents also gives me a small sense of closure, which I like.

    Time Block Week setting

    Krandeep Singh / Android Authority

Sometimes it takes more time than expected. Sometimes new, unexpectedly pop up on noon. And at the end of the day, you feel worse because of not eliminating everything. So, instead of doing micro management my day, I use a timely blocked sequence that is more forgiving than that-and realistic.

Planning your day until the last minute seems impressive – and that productivity is real – but if the truth, things are rarely run according to planning.

The idea is easy. I divide my day into four wide blocks: morning, afternoon, evening, and whenever (for very low priority things such as changing the TV remote battery). My work now goes into these blocks instead of tough time slots, which gives me a comfortable structure without any boxing. And if the projects change, it is easy to change things.

Time -bound meetings still go to the calendar, but for everything, this rhythmic system works a lot for me.

    Make your own templates

    Dhu Bhutani / Android Authority

For example, I often found myself repeatedly setting the same type of pages. I will either rebuild everything from the beginning or imitate an old page for each new entry and spend time to clear it so that it can be restarted. Both options felt unnecessarily timely.

At the same place there are fantastic templates – and yes, you can create yourself. I first resisted to create myself, assuming that it would be a little effort to pay. But once I made something, I realized how much time and mental effort they tried.

Now, whenever I start a new project, I just choose the relevant template, and the skeleton is ready to go with the desired setting and even some pre -written indicators. You also do not need to make them complicated. They can be so simple or less like you.

    Idea web clipper

I didn’t even know that the idea was a type of reading letter. Sure, I could make a manually, but the built -in web clipper made it very easy to jump. It’s now my pocket alternative, and as a bonus, it works offline, it doesn’t cost anything, and lives inside the workplace like my notes.

I use it through the extension of my phone’s share menu or browser, and my savings go straight to my “read later” page, where I can access it with rough access. I have also included tags for personal and work -use to configure the variety articles in a variety of varieties. And since the idea saves the content of offline use, it is perfect for spot network days or when I just want to stay a bit inaccessible.

And it’s just a low app on my phone to save links!

    Imagine

This is just for his entertainment. The idea is a third -party device that allows you to customize the shape of the idea, which, to face, face it, sometimes feel a bit clean and monochrome. I found it for months, looking for ways to break the visual monopoly after staring at the same black and white sequence.

You can add custom fonts, keyboard shortcuts, link previews, window stacking, and more. But my favorite use is for attention. The imaginative enhancement can automatically hide the top and the sides bars, which can give me a clean, disturbing written place. When I am deep in writing, it is perfect. And slowly, I sometimes play with a font or theme for a small visual reset. It is surprising how much help it helps when you spend hours staring on the same screen.

The idea either works brilliantly for you or does not work at all-rarely rarely happens. It is such a custom tool that it is always interesting to see how others have molded their needs.

These were just some ways I thought for me. I’ve got some other personal setups, but for now, I would love to know how you made your idea. Leave a comment below and let the rest steal some points.
