Microsoft and Asos have announced a new range of ROG Xbox Allied Hand Helds. This includes the new ROG Xbox ally X and the ROG Xbox Allied. These devices connect ASUS hardware with the latest Windows software experience for handhelds.
Starting with the hardware section, the new ROG Xbox will run on the El X AMD Ryzen Z2 Extra processor while ROG Xbox Elly gets a new Ryzen Z2 a processor. The LPDDR 5 X 8000 MHz memory is ally X 24 GB while the ally has 16 GBL PPDR 5 X 6400 MHz. The Allied X has 1TB storage while the cheap model does with 512GB.
The two have a strange design that Microsoft claims to be using the same design principles such as the Xbox Wireless Controller. This results in a hand grip that is out of the side rather than integrating into the central body.
On the front, the controls are like previous ally models, who themselves carry out the Xbox Controller. There is also a new Xbox button that is not available on old allied models. Control is the same on both models, but the standard hall impact on the ally X -ally achieves stimulus rather than analog stimulation.
Both models get a 7 -inch 1080p 120Hz LCD with Frensk Premium. The DXC is the top corning Gorilla Glass Victor Protection with the Anti -Relations Coating. It was nice to see the OLED option here but it seems that Asus is sticking to its LCD panels.
Both models have two USB-C ports, but while both ports support the USB 3.2 General 2 on the ally, the ally X converts one of them with USB 4. There is also a UHS-II micro-SD card slot and headphone jack. Both also get Wi -Fi 6E with Bluetooth 5.4. Finally, the ally X has a battery of 80WH while the ally becomes 60WH.
Now on the title of software, the ROG Xbox will send the ally with the customs version of Windows mainly with the customs version. This includes a new Xbox Phil Screen experience, designed for use with the controller. It also minimizes the background activity and denies unnecessary Windows Task, so more resources can be allocated in sports. The Xbox Full screen experience not only list Microsoft Store titles, but also does not list other stores such as stem and epic games.
Microsoft has announced that it is working with developers in a new program that helps players identify games that are improved for handhelds, such as the valve’s steam deck certified logo.
Those who buy Xbox’s ally devices will receive a game pass for an uncertain period. Microsoft has also worked with Roblox for a version that has been improved for gaming hand -hands, which will be launched along with these devices. Finally, there will be a gaming copy, but no one cares.
Xbox Allies and Xbox Elli X will be available in Australia, Belgium, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Singapore.
