Google introduced AI format of search earlier this year to help users find answers to complex, multi -faceted questions. Currently, you can access it by going to the Google app on the web or on your phone and tapping the AI mode button. However, Google is working on a new shortcut to pixel users can have faster access to this feature.

Google plans to add AI mode shortcut to the Pixel Launcher’s Search Wedge, which allows users to access this feature on the home screen. As we exhibited in a joke earlier this year, the AI -mode shortcut appears on the left side of a sound search widget and the left side of the lens shortcut in the search widget. The AI mode icon contains Google’s signature colors, but if you enable the “You the Namadar icons” option, you adapt to the colors of the system. Taping on this opens the Google app’s AI mode interface, making it easier for users to start searching for AI mode from the home screen.
AI mode home screen shortcuts can reach pixel devices with Android 16. However, since it does not last in Android 16 Qpr1 beta, Google can delay its rollout in subsequent release. As soon as the shortcut is widely available, this post will be updated.
