According to my iPhone, I spend more than 8 hours a day on my phone. I believe that I kept my IPhone Near my face, especially at night, and that’s why sometimes my eyes feel restless, as I find something in them. Fortunately, there is a hidden feature of the iPhone that can help me – and others – we have a better care of our eyes called screen distance.

This feature warns you that when you keep your phone or iPad close to your face, like a parent you ask you to sit behind a television or computer screen. Although keeping a screen close to your face may not damage your eyes, but according to the health care organization Cedarus Sina, it can put pressure on them and upset them. Thankfully, the purpose of this iPhone feature is to help reduce the eastrine. According to Apple, it can also reduce the risk of myopia, or closeness.

Here is a way to turn the screen distance and break your eyes.

    Turn on the screen distance

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Tap Screen tim.
    3. Tap The distance of the screen.

These screens appear for the first time when you access the screen distance.

Then you will see two screens what the screen distance is and how it works. Tap Continue continuing On both screens, and the screen distance goes on automatically after these screens. Both screens appear only for the first time when you go to the screen distance.

Now, after holding your phone for a few minutes, your phone is blocked by reading your screen message, “the iPhone can be very close.”

When you keep your phone close to your face for a long time, screen distribution prevents your screen.

    Zach McColph/CNE

Your screen is blocked until you keep your phone away. Then, your screen shows a checkmark, and you must tap Continue continuing To remove the block.

    Turn off the screen distance

The distance of the screen is a useful iOS feature that can reduce the eastrine and even reduce the risk of nearestness. However, if you feel more disturbing alerts, the way to turn off the screen distance is here.

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Tap Screen tim.
    3. Tap The distance of the screen.
    4. Tap the next toggle The distance of the screen.

Now you can go back to your phone to hold your phone with your phone – or your parents without interruption.
