- Samsung has revealed that he will offer QR-and NFC-capable customer support at its repair centers.

Samsung has just launched an UI 8 beta program, and includes considerable improvement and additions. However, the company is also bringing all the galaxy owners a welcome feature.
The company has announced in one of its UI 8 blog posts that it will now offer “QR- and NFC-capable” customer support in its repair centers. This means that you can register your device in repair centers using QR codes or NFC instead of filling the registration form, reduce your waiting time in this process. This feature is available through your Samsung account, Samsung says.
The good news is that this feature only requires a Galaxy device with Android 10 or more. If you want to use this option, you will also need NFC. In any way, it should support your old Galaxy S10 or Galaxy A50.
Samsung says this feature is available in 36 markets, including the United States. You can see the full list of the markets below.

Samsung says QR-and NFC’s capable customer support will be more upset with more updates. The company added that this feature is only available in a limited number of shops but will be extended after the initial release.
