- Samsung’s voice recorder for an UI 8 focuses on AI tools and focuses more on recording and playback.
- The app is designed for the initial one UI 8 Bloods, but also works on an UI 7 if manually installed.
- AI duplication, summary, and translation is still available, but no longer dominates the interface.
At a time when AI seems to be handling every app you used – expecting a lot of it in Google I/O – Samsung is probably dialing it down quietly, at least a little bit. A new version of the Voice Recorder app, designed for an UI 8, offers a clean, more stopped view for the Galaxy A.
As the spot has happened SemigoroThis latest app version is a part of an UI 8 blood leaked that already circulates online. Interestingly, if you load the Saddle to the AP, the app also operates on the current One 7 devices, which gives more users the opportunity to check the changes before the OS official update.
The most obvious adaptation is layout. Instead of predicting its AI capabilities, the app now focuses on it that it was originally designed for: recording and playing voice note. In the current version, the copy and summary tools are the front and the center, in which the playback control is squeezed in a small space. Now, these AI Tolls have been group in the Galaxy AI menu in the top of the screen, and the transcript button has been given less importance.
This is a simple UI shift, but one that can speak volumes. When some AI embraced, many people are disappointed to reduce it to every corner of their devices. Samsung is examining a more subtle approach, which can indicate that it is taking a hint. Duplicate, abstract and translation tools are still available to those who want them, but they no longer occupy the interface.
