Google is giving online purchases a major upgrade with AI. In Google I/O 2025, the company showed new features that make it easy to find what you are looking for, decide what to buy, and even see how the clothes can be seen before you give you an order.
The new experience, which is part of the AI format, connects Google’s Gemini AI with a shopping graph, which now includes a list of more than 50 billion products. You can ask extensive questions like, “What is a good travel bag for Portland in May?” And AI mode will take into account things like weather and travel needs. Then, it shows you a product that gets – it’s all in a visual panel that keeps your search.

Once you find something of your choice, a new tool of checkout helps you get the right time and price. You can tap “Track Price” on any listing and select the size, color and how much you are willing to spend. If the price decreases, you will receive a notification. And if you are ready to buy, just tap “Buy for me” and Google will handle the checkout using Google Pay. Google says the agent will start in the United States in the coming months. Google is also trying to solve one of the biggest challenges to buy online clothing: to find out that you will really see something. The new virtual tree on feature allows you to upload a complete body picture and see what different clothes will be seen on your body. It uses a special model that understands how the fabric enhances, enjoys different types of the body, and hangs. You can try on shirts, pants, clothes and more, then save sight or share with friends.

To try it, go to the United States to find labs and choose experience. From there, just tap the icon of “try” on the icon on the product lists, upload a picture of yourself, and see how things look in seconds.
I have to admit that this update has affected my curiosity, and not just because I like to buy. I already imagine how much time this tool is with the ability to try my home comfortably by having the ability to try. Anyone who ever buys clothes online, just to realize that it does not sit well, knows the struggle. Hopefully, that will end.
