At the end of the week, my colleague Rita El Khouri published an article that describes how the Google app’s strip -down version is better than the whole fat. Specifically, it argued that Google Maps Trump Google Maps, especially for a job, the central app should be good: navigation.
Earlier this month, our Joe Morning also published a detailed look at the Google Gallery, which is a thread beer offline alternative to Google Photos, and it has termed a very good way to browse the photos on his phone, well … Photo!
This raises the question: Is Google’s main line apps too much fola, very burdensome, and lost because of their current causes? Nickel’s offer, I think some have been filled on the edge with AI features and other fruits, while others are ready for further development (Ahmed, works).
So here are the questions:
- Do you think Google’s main line apps have flourished too much for their own good?
- Should Google offer all its apps “Light” alternatives?
- Do you often find other options for Google apps, or are you happy with their functionality?
- If you could only have a new Google “Light” app, what would it be?
Do you think Google should offer more “light” version of your apps?
