Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S25 Edge – only 5.8 mm measurements, it is the thinly thin smartphone of the years. In fact, no other phone in the 2020s has been under 6 mm thick. Of course it doesn’t come cheap – here is a detailed error. Is you just the phone you are waiting for or is Samsung trying to force a trick that will not be overcome?

If you are inclined towards the former, you will be happy to hear that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge affects more than just being thin – it is also very mild. Despite the big difference between screen size (6.7 “vs. 6.2”), it weighs more than Vanilla Galaxy S. 25. And it packs 200 MP sensor in the main camera, which was previously special for ultra -models.

Here are the battery scope like downward – this vanilla is smaller than S25 (3,900mAh vs. 4,000mah). And it has the same slow charging (25W wired, 15W wireless). There is no telephoto camera here, this zoom depends on the 200 MP unit for them. And finally, it’s expensive. Samsung.com offers a free storage upgrade, such as Amazon – Amazon has also added a $ 50 gift card.

As always, when a new model launches, the offer on old models is dry for a week or two. Samsung Galaxy S25 can be found with a free storage upgrade at 512GB from Samsung.com, Amazon is about $ 100 less. Ultra Chinkeier (8.2 mm, 218 grams vs. 5.8 mm, 163 g), but also has a large display (6.9 “) and battery (5,000 mAh) with sharp wired charging (45W).

And 200 MP camera is not lonely when zoom inning comes – there is a 10MP 3x (67 mm) medium tele and 50MP 5x (111 mm) long television. It also has a 50MP ultra -wide camera, while Edge has a basic 12MP unit such as Vanilla and Plus model.

    Samsung Galaxy S. 25 Ultra

It is being said that Edge will replace the Plus model in the Galaxy S lineup next year. However, this year, the Galaxy S25+ is a bit cheaper – even without discount. If you want S25+, we advise you to wait for a week or two. The phone is larger (7.3 mm, 190 grams vs. 5.8 mm, 163 g) despite having the same screen size. However, it has a 1,000 mAh large battery (4,900mAh) and sharp 45W wired charging. Instead of 200 MP camera, it has 50 MP Main and 10 MP3X (67 mm) telephoto.

    Samsung Galaxy S. 25+

Although it is thinner, the S25 edge is still 75.6 mm wide. Vanilla Samsung Galaxy S is 25 70.5 mm wide and weighs the same. Which phone is “small” in your mind? If it is S25, you get the same hardware like S25+, except 6.2 “display and 4,000 mAh battery (mainly the same size like edge).

    Samsung Galaxy S. 25

Given other brands, OnePlus is close to the size of the 13 ultra. But it packs a large 6.82 “display and 6,000 mAh battery-Saming is still not more than 5,000 mAh. And it is also with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. The camera is a 50MP man, which is supported 50MP 3X (73 mm) and 50MP ultra wide, which is the lowest.

    One Plus 13

It also has a more affordable One Plus 13R-it uses Snapdragon 8 General 3 chip instead of 8 elite, its tele-camera has a 2x lens (47 mm) and ultra wide is only 8MP unit. There are some more down grades here, but you still get 6.78 “LTPO panels (1264p+ vs. 1440p+) and 6,000 MAH battery (80W wired only charging). Our OnePlus 13 vs 13R comparison more details in the article. All of these are not good for half the price.

    Google Pixel 9 Pro XL

Google Pixel 9 Pro is 72 mm wide – S2 is not as small as 25 and is very heavy on 199G. But you get hardware like Pro XL, except 6.3 “display and 4,700mAh battery (27W/21W).

    Google Pixel 9 Pro

The Red Magic 10 air was launched a month ago and it is in brackets like the OnePlus 13R. It uses the same Snapdragon 8 general 3 chip set, without a cooling fan that is trademark for this brand. You get the same battery (6,000 MAH, 80W wired only charging) in the same body which is slightly larger.

    Redmagic 10 air

The Red Megak 10 Pro is $ 150 higher than the air, but you get Snapdragon 8 Elite with active cooling and large 7,050mAh battery.
