AI for your job search
You may know what you want to do with your life but if you do not know the title of your dream position job, if you are relying on a search engine that uses key words to contact you can find it difficult to find the right opening.
Last year, LinkedIn was a new tool, a exchange job search engine, but it was still limited by technology that relied on keywords and standard titles. The new tool develops this approach but uses a generative AI technology to help display roles and holes that do not necessarily match the specific words you use but can meet your goals.
To use the new search tool, LinkedIn’s spokesman said, you can type as soon as you talk. For example, you do not need to find a “technology reporter”, which can give you limited answers to words in which the words are available. “I want to write about technology” can draw related jobs by saying – “Science Copywriter,” who are the same – but not exactly the same.
Other features of the job search include a job match feature that identifies your compatibility with a job list and your profile -based role. Premium users can see suggestions for standing in the applicant’s field. LinkedIn will provide more transparency around these job lists, such as normal reaction times and indicators when companies are actively reviewing candidates.
LinkedIn also announced that it would increase its personal coaching session for premium users. This includes scenario -based learning, such as practice discussions on topics such as asking for or talking for your salary.
The company said it has more than 1,500 Courses on AI And it will make the 10 most famous courses free for all members at the end of May. In addition, many courses in search of jobs will be available by June 30.
